Alvertos Mavri is the Founder Managing Director of Cedrus Crest Business Services Ltd and a qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAEW) and member of ICPAC. He holds a degree in Accounting and Finance and has over six years of experience in audit, accounting, and tax, working with both local and international clients. Alvertos has extensive expertise in financial reporting under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and has played a key role in helping companies build and strengthen their internal accounting functions.

He has provided tailored tax structuring advice and support on VAT and corporate tax matters across various industries. Prior to founding Cedrus Crest Business Services Ltd, Alvertos worked for over four years at one of the Big 10 accounting firms in Cyprus, where he developed a deep understanding of complex financial and regulatory environments.

His vision in creating the firm was to offer high-quality, personalized services that meet the needs of modern businesses operating across borders.

Yiannis Tsoutsoukis is the Head of Business Development at Cedrus Crest Business Services (CCBS), a key partner of the firm. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and brings a strong background in corporate services and fiduciary management.

With experience as both a Corporate Administrator and Fiduciary Management Professional, Yiannis has successfully handled nominee services and facilitated the opening of bank, EMI, and crypto accounts for clients across various jurisdictions.

He plays a central role in driving strategic growth, building client relationships, and expanding the firm’s global network. His practical expertise and business acumen make him a valuable asset to our extended leadership team.

Tatiana Cecirlan is the AML Compliance Officer at Cedrus Crest Business Services. She holds an AML Certification from the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) and plays a critical role in ensuring full compliance with global Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act and EU AML Directives.

Tatiana is responsible for implementing robust compliance policies, conducting risk assessments, monitoring transactions, and delivering staff training. Fluent in five languages—Russian, English, Romanian, Greek, and Bulgarian—she effectively navigates international regulations and engages with a diverse range of stakeholders. Her CySEC certification and multilingual capabilities make her a key player in strengthening our firm’s commitment to maintaining the highest standards of compliance.
